Our story

Built in LA, for LA.

ACEMATCHA started with a simple frustration: every matcha in this city tasted like it was made by someone in a hurry. We wanted the real thing — ceremonial-grade, properly whisked, served in something worth holding.

So we built a cart. Sourced our matcha direct from Uji. Trained ourselves on every drink. And put a French Bulldog in streetwear on the side because — why not. LA takes its rituals seriously, but never itself.

How far in advance should I book?
Two to three weeks is ideal, especially for weekend and wellness-season dates. Need something sooner? Ask anyway — we can often accommodate short-notice events.
Where do you travel? Is there a service area?
We're based in Culver City and serve greater Los Angeles. The first 5 miles from our base are free; beyond that it's a small flat per-mile travel fee, shown transparently in your quote.
What's included, and how does pricing work?
One prepaid package covers unlimited drinks off the full menu, your barista team, and cart setup — no per-drink charges or surprise upcharges. You see a clear proforma quote before you commit. Build your quote in about 60 seconds.
Is there a minimum?
Yes — a $500 event minimum, a 50-guest minimum, and a 2-hour minimum service window. Larger events (500+ guests) get a custom multi-cart proposal.
Do you offer vegan and dairy-free options?
Always. Oat and almond milk are standard, with low- and no-added-sugar options. Most of the menu is vegan-friendly, and we're happy to tailor drinks for dietary needs — just flag it when you book.
What do you need at the venue?
A flat space of roughly 10×10 ft. We're fully self-contained, though access to power and water on-site is appreciated when available. We handle the rest.
How do I lock in my date?
A 30% deposit holds your date; the balance is due 7 days before the event. Send your details and we'll reply within 24 hours with availability and a payment link.
